Hi Crazy,
Couldn't get this reply to go to your previous post, so I popped it on here...
Vivitar do great flashes, I've never handled their lenses, but haven't heard much against them either, so I would suggest they're probably average, or a bit above or under average... nothing to rave about, and nothing to moan about...
