Iranian Food (Factory's kitchen)

I think you remember my flower shots from factory but I took some shots in that's kitchen so I want to share it. This foods all are delicious and I add names so you can know some kind of food so Iranian people eat. All these foods eating with rice:

"Fesenjan" this is something like sauce so making with walnut and eating with rice and chicken:

"Kabab or Koobideh" Barbecue. This is made from meat and boll and egg and some another thing. This is very delicious:

I love rice so the fesenjan is probably something I'd like to try. Good capture of motion in the last photo of chef cutting carrots.

Is this a commercial food preparation place to deliver to restaurants or is this a company kitchen that prepares food for people who work in the factory?

My father was in the commercial food business and when I was in school I delivered prepared food to restaurants and hospitals for employment during some of the summer breaks between semesters.

Skippy, you right. But I couldn't eat from that in two days that I stayed in factory.

Yes JimL it's making food for people who work in factory. they make food for around 300 person in lunch time.

In two day that I be in there the schedule is another foods. That chicken barbecue was make for especial guest that come to visit from factory.
