It doesn't look very appetizing, but this was cut out from a part of our dinner tonight. I was trying to see what kind of effect I could get with an overhead light. Any guesses? It's the inside of a yellow pepper.

Interesting shot! You might've used a white napkin or the edge of the tablecloth as a reflector. I like your low angle.
