Photo to Painting

Arcsoft software will allow one to modify a photo in many ways. I really like the effect that converts any digital image into a simulated oil or water color painting. Here are a couple of examples.

I'm not wild about the first image/painting. But I do like the 2nd one.

I think the second one would make a nice print. Ironically this would look more photo like as you moved back across the room. I just had a 20x30 print on canvas made which looks like it was painted. However move back 10 feet and your eyes start to bend the canvas and it becomes more photo like (not entirely but more).
