I can't say this looks appetizing but the process does look interesting. ~~Peg

What I find unappetizing is commercially-produced tortillas. Everything is hot enough here to kill any nasties and the texture and taste of a fresh tortilla is so much better than ones that come in a plastic sleeve.
I make my own tortillas because the commercial ones are so unappetizing. These were made by the senora(w/tilde).
As a campfire cook myself the food always tastes better.
The film grain effects the food texture but I wouldn't expect more with fire light shooting.

I could spend the rest of my life eating Mexican food, and that looks fantastic.

Is the surface your cooking on a lid to a 55 gal. barrel?

Si.....it is the top of a 55 gal drum. Quick and easy cooking surface.
