I'm sure you seasoned wedding photographers know about this already, but a friend of mine told me to get ahold of one and use it at weddings for the details.
Food, the cake, rings etc. It works really well for creating dramatic light!
I would post some samples but I already turned in my cards from the wedding I shot last night.
Side note: Rebel XT's are not suited for weddings. They're just not smart enough. My 20D broke and I had to grab the Rebel out of the car. Attached the 70-200 f/2.8 IS, 580 EX speedlite, and it still couldn't turn it into a capable wedding camera. Not fast enough. Lighting issues. WB issues. BLAH.
