I currently deliver my prints in a white envelope with cardboard to protect and want to step it up.

Where do you live? What size prints are you delivering? How far are they going? What service do you use to send them? Are they plain prints or in a book or what???

Well, if a plain white envelope won't do for you, go to a office supply store and see what they have that is fancier. Maybe try some place like a Hallmark Store?? I'm not sure you need to get too fancy, but that's up to you.

Most album companies also have presentation supplies available. This can range from clear plastic bags, to paper sacks, to boxes. I've had great customer services ordering folios and such from Tyndell Photographic. For an additional charge you can also have them put your name and/or logo on the products, so that your customer will be reminded of who took those great photos.
