Hi, welcome to the Zo. Nice focus on this one. Would like to see it less centered. Maybe try firing off a few shots at intervals as the sun is setting, if you can. I bet the sky was pretty a few moments before the sun sank below the horizon?

Hey, welcome to the Zo. I really hope you enjoy it here as much as I do.

You have a nice shot here. I love how the light plays up on the back of the trees. I agree with Linda on it being so centered. If it were mine, I would crop about 2.5 inches off the bottom, right up to the lowest reflections of the trees. This will break the shot up nicely, and make the shot more aesthetically pleasing. You could also leave the bottom as is, and take some from the top. It's entirely up to you.

Very nice blues, with just enough interest in the silhouettes, reflections and remaining sunset to keep the interest.

Regards, Tony

Welcome to the Photozo, Losi. You have 10 MB of free gallery space here. If you click on Gallery, above, and click Upload Photos, you can navigate to your photo on your computer and put it (and a title and caption) in your gallery. You can upload photos up to 800 pixels on the long edge (including your borders). Below the large image in your gallery, you'll see the BB Code. Copy this, including the [img] tags, and paste it into your posts in the forums and we'll see your larger image when you post. You can put up to three images in a thread, except for Critique where you may post just one (or two for comparison).

Please read our FAQ and the "stickies" at the tops of the sub-forums.

You have only one or two MB of attachment space (the way you're doing it), but ten MB of gallery space.

I hope you come to enjoy it here as much as I do.
