Thanks to the input of Jan, Helen, and Dillon :-D
No borders, and I pruned the droopy stuff (funny thing, my wife made this arrangement days ago and I just saw it  )
Did I do better?

I like these alot more Eddie,
first is my favourite!
Much better Eddy, no distractions, #1 is my favourite a nice composition. Mind you, they are all very good sharp detailed images.

Much better eddie :-D I prefer the composition of the first one and the focus in all of them is much sharper which I prefer too. The colours of the flowers are very pretty and delicate and I wonder if the black background is too strong or dark for those colours, your lighting is quite strong too. You must have a very pretty garden with all those flowers growing in it. :-D

Thanks all..... :-D
I too Leonie wonder about my lighting...it has been something I'm trying to master, as I find it a bit to harsh as well.
Oh well....gives me more reason(s) to keep shooting, eh :-D

These are much better! The first is my favorite also, Eddie. I like the dark background, although I agree the lighting would be better if a little bit softer.
