These pictures are part of my trip to the west of Iceland 2 weeks ago.
The first picture is a view of the Glacier Snæfellsjökull.
The second picture is of the coast along Snæfellsnes.
The Third picture is of the harbor in Arnarstapa.
All of the pictures are made of three exposures (-2 0 2) and tonemapped in Photomatix.
I would appreciate all criticism and comments on the picture.
Thank you for looking.

# 1: Strong....A lot of depth. Colors fit just right. Gravel road disappears yet it fits in with the continuous depth of the picture and the colors accentuate the depth as you go from the road to the sky...many levels. There is a little black something at the snow line in the center...a distraction.
# 2: 3rd on the list...but not a fan.
# 3. A very strong 2nd to # 1 but I could do without the people.
I like the style.

I really like the composition of the first shot Snoopy. The dirt road leads you in nicely, and once it's no longer visible, you are at the base of the mountain, and you take the rest of the image in. It works nicely, I think.
I love the sky in the first shot, and the coast line is beautiful, But I don't like that you cut off part of the dock or whatever it is. I wish you had of turned to your right a bit more to include all of it. Lovely light on the coast.
I like the people included in the third shot, as they give the image scale.
You did the HDR well. It's tasteful, not overdone and fake looking. You brought out detail over the whole range nicely. Iceland looks like a beautiful place too.

Oh I like them all, Snoopy, all of them have great colours, composition, focus and contrast. Its hard to pick up a favourite since I think all of them are great, but I would choose #3, then #2 and then #1, although I love the sky in #2.
As Brad said, its nice you included people in the third shot.
Wonderful ones !

Definitely #1 for me. The view is to die for. You did a great job with the HDR. I would crop #2 right up to the edge of the stone jetty on the left. This would make the part of the other side of the lake with the colors more prominent. #3 is my least favorite, but still a very nice shot. I wish the light was just a little better.
