First picture :
This is taken in Hítarvatn in west of Iceland. I went fishing there, where we didn't get any fish that day. The landscape around Hítarvatn is very beautiful, the pictures shows a part of the landscape around the water and lava which we had to walk through to get to the our favourite fishing place.

Second Picture :
This is taken yesterday from my fishing trip in east of Iceland. This place is a very unusual fishing place because of the sand which surrounds it, like a desert with black sand.

Third picture :
This is taken on my trip around Snćfellsnes, west of Iceland. This picture is made out of 3 pictures with different exposures and tonemapped in Photomatix. The model is my friend who wanted to pose for the shot :D

I would appriciate any comments or critizism on these pictures, because almost all the pictures that I have sent in has benefited on the comments I have had from these forums.

Thank you for looking.

I like these Snoopy.

The second one has such a desolate feel to it. Like the moon. Not sure if it need leveling it's pretty close.

The third one is good. It still looks like a photo. Sometime they are very over done. Your friend is a nice touch. Gives you a feel for size.

Very nice. I love #2. It does feel so desolute. Adding the person to #3 gives great scale to the shot. Well done.

The second picture is quite otherworldly - excellent. I didn't notice the distant uplands at first, but they add a lot to the shot too.

Those are great shots, I really like the 1st and 3rd ones. Both have awesome tone and color, great job!

The second shot is brilliant Snoopy, I like it a lot, although all 3 are good. Great depth of field, and the sky contrasts well with the dark ground. The pieces of what I think are grass give scale, and add a resting point for the eye. It has a great feel of solitude and abandon. You did a good job with the HDR. You brought out all the detail, without going over board and making it look fake.

Thank you all for your comments and criticism, again I really appreciate it.

I made little adjustments on the #2 picture, added more detail in the sky. I would like to know if you prefer the original or the fixed one.
