Not really sure what I think about it. I like the color and I know that it could be focused better. Any other suggestions?

The focus is way off but I think that actually makes the shot nice and kinda surreal.

With no wind blowing this shot could be made with the same DOF but with multiple focal points. You then layer the shots and eliminate unfocused portions of the plant on each layer by deletion or erasing.

Great idea... Nice that you avoided placing the main subject in the middle. However as stated above, it is a bit out of focus. Perhaps use an artistic effect in post processing to make something you like. I took a great shot (so i thought) of a panda bear once and it was out of focus but after applying a few effects in photoshop, I really liked what I got. If you want to look it is in my gallery on the first page. It is not great but it is much better then what it was before i made it look like it did not need the detail that focus provides. However, it would have been better in focus. Not sure of your skill level because I am only viewing this one image. If these comments are below your skill level please forgive me but.... Blurry images are usually the result from one of two mistakes. Movement - either the subject or camera. Or.... You just did not focus correctly. In both situations you are in control and can take steps to increase your chance for a better image. In the first case.... Movement: Use a faster shutter speed or a tripod. In the other, increase your depth of field. Oh.... if your like me going blind... Get a camera that supports auto focus. LOL. Seriously, in this shot it looks like you had a very narrow DOF and you just missed the focus and I would reshoot. Good Shooting.
