Without me wishing this to sound derogatory, have you typed "Photoshop" and "Filters" into Google?

This google search http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&ie=UTF-8&q=Photoshop+Filters&btnG=Google+Search gave me 532,000 results!

You have not specified what you actually want so I'm taking it for granted you have not done the search.

Your next port of call is the Adobe website, there are literally thousands of plugins/extras available there. Unless of course you are looking for something specialised, for a particular purpose.

Again I say.."Have you tried Google?"

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&ie=UTF-8&q=Photoshop+filters+freeware&btnG=Google+Search

Using the keywords "Photoshop" "Filters" "Freeware"...I got 65,200 results....

As always you get what you pay for, so freeware will not be as feature rich as some of the more popular plugins.

And again it really depends on what you want..

I reaaly suggest that you and Google get to know each other, you'll be surprised at what you can find by typing less into Google than you have typed here requesting where to look for filters..

Go to http://www.google.com and surf about a bit..;-)

I have used the PluginSite for a good while. They are very useful for PSP users as well as PS.
