I am new to this forum, I would like to share with you a little patch on an ancient fallen pine trunk. The fungus has the common name of Wolf's Milk Slime "Lycogala epidendrum". The pine needle at the top of the frame gives an idea of scale.
The photo is a composition of 10 shots layered together to get the depth of field.
Olympus E-1, 14-54mm lens

Pretty neat! I have tried a couple of the multi focal point shots but never as many as 10 and never with a macro shot.
Did you add the blue glow in the background or is it some natural reflection?
This whole shot sort of reminds me of one of one of the fancy eggs with a scene in it.
Welcome to Photozo and am looking forward to more of your posts.

Thanks Jim, The blue glow is a spider web soaked with rain, it was raining pretty hard when I took the picutres.
Ah. I'm looking through the log. Thanks.
