5 medium chicken thighs
3/4 cup of Zesty Italian Anything Dressing
1/4 cup water
1 small can mushrooms
2 pinches cumin seed
1 package brown and wild 90 second rice

Wash thighs
Add water
add thighs as nearly flat as possible but don't mash or force
Add dressing
add drained can of mushrooms (or fresh if you have them)
mash cumin seed between fingers ad spread over meat.
cook on low heat 5.5 hours for falling off bone or 4.75 hours for firmer
package of rice in microwave for 90 seconds.

Place serving of rice on plate then using a ladle or big spoon dip one or two thighs over the rice and serve hot, dipping as much gravy as you wish.
A sweet tart taste you seldom get in restaurants.

I immediately quit working (like I needed an excuse), picked up the nymph and took it indoors. I quickly set up my "photo Studio" put a stick in a bottle, put the nymph on it and spent the next 3 hours taking photos as the nymph emerged. The photos are light years behind what Carlo does but on short notice(read NO notice) I was lucky to get what I did. Here are the photos strung together into a short movie. Hope you enjoy.

Blew up my APC battery back up and messed up the system files. Luckily I had just made a system restore point last night so Windows (7) was able to repair the startup files. A trip to Staples to pick up another backup battery and I was ready to go.
That is after I went to the garage a picked up 2, 100 foot extensions I had there to run power from other circuits in the house as I now have ground faults in my normal computer room outlets. Electrician will be called tomorrow.
Life is good I guess because I only had my hands on the wireless keyboard when it hit.
