How To Create Lightning - (Just a sample)
Ok from the beginning with images...
Step 1, open image you wish to use Lightning in
Step 2, Create New Layer (Name it lightning)
Step 3, Make only that layer viewable by clicking the (Eye) on the original image layer. Then select that "Lightning
