    Horned Grebe going down!


    Here he is swimming by me under water!


    You didn't really think I would put my camera underwater did you?

    Well you might have one of those underwater housings for it. That water sure is clear. Must be fun to watch them.

    Nice captures of a very interesting bird..

    Did you use a polarizer to help with the glare on the water ??

    No filters at all. I just got lucky to have a good angle and I was right at the waters edge and it swam very close. The water may have been about 2' deep.
