First of all, I love the photo. The setting is wonderful, I love the seatee is perfect. Right now, my monitor is not calibrated, but I am guessing you are very close. The position of her hands and fingers, feet, legs is just right. I would like a smidgen more room under her left knee. I'm not sure how you arranged the hem of her dress/frock is very appealing, but it's not bad.
This and the other shot are quite nice.

The trick to good photography is to learn where to point your camera and when to push the shutter. The EYE is more important than all the technical stuff.

All the angels were busy.
So, they sent me Buddy, instead.
I went back and looked at the image enlarged and there is no red eye. Not sure why it looks like it on the web.
