It is very busy, the opposite of simple, but I like the lines and complexity of it as its theme. And those bright yellow buoys in the lower right quadrant add to the general effect for me.

So I hope how I said that is OK with you? One John to another...

    Hi John
Fine by me - its a very small and very busy little place - so the term 'complexity' sums it up well..........

I find it a very quaint setting. Would love to walk those streets and explore.

I like your shot John complete with blue sky It looks a whole lot prettier in sunshine and you've caught the busy atmosphere.

The day we visited 2 or 3 years ago was grey and not very warm and tbh we were underwhelmed by it.The only redeeming thing was the fish and chips from Stein's which were delicious.

Did you visit the lobster hatchery?

Glad to you getting out and about John. Happy even more to see you have sunshine. Understand that has been a little hard to find lately.

I love Padstow....It's like the poster child for Cornish harbours, and you've captured it very prettily here John.

I love waterside towns, villages, etc... My favorite things to do it sit at a bar or restaurant, drink my beer and enjoy live music.

All that's missing is a three masted schooner from this scene.

Wonderful image, I love the old stone building on the right, looks like 1600's era construction.
