Not the best but I managed to caught two bumble bee's in flight at once...

As you well know, BobR, I've done this activity myself, spurred on by you!
And I will definitely say that one has to apply an exponential factor -- square or cube or more -- to the capture of multiple bees in flight. One is hard enough and two is worth at least 4X (2 raised to the power of 2), and perhaps even 8X (two raised to the power of two twice).
I'm gonna have to get back out there again and see if I can get three bees in flight.
Let's have a contest. Three bees would be two raised to the power of two three times 16 points. I may just go for it this next weekend. The new photoclub I just joined is having an outing at a local flower grower in West Chicago called "Ball"; which just happens to be the name of our tortoise.

You think I'm funny?
Funny how? Funny like a clown?
Do I make you laugh?

Three bees, baby. I can't promise to do it anytime soon, but three bees.
AND three bees in focus!
Anyone can have three bees out of focus; they may claim to have three bees when only one is in focus and the other two are just fuzzy brown spots:
How would we even know for sure they were bees and not, for example, dog poop, or something photoshoped in? See what I'm sayin'?? I'm just sayin' bro, if you take two pieces of dog poop and throw 'em up it the air in the vicinity of a real bee -- an actual bee -- and photograph that; well, how is anyone going to know the difference?
So I'm just saying that to establish the rules of engagement here, every one of the supposed bees has to be distinguishable as a bee. I think that is a fair enough stipulation.
So, that said, let the games begin; Three Bees...
