    Default Bicycle tricks

    Hi there.
Just sharing two snaps from last summer. Technically not that good, but I can't bring myself to delete them permanently for some reason. Memories of a good day out.

Thanks for looking - Comments welcome,

I like 'em, very cool! being able to see the crowd watching helps make the scene.

Had two Diamondbacks myself up until this fall (cracked headtube on my hardtail MTB so I threw the components on a no-name frame). My full suspension DBR MTB has been a truly awesome bike. Just love it.

    Thanks for your comment Issac,

I'm guessing those Diamondback bikes are expensive ?

All depends on the model and what components they use. DB has bikes priced from very affordable to OMG! The ones above are likely not very cheap. Looks like good components and built just how they need them. My full suspension started out in the middle of the price range and turned into OMG as I upgraded components They've got a great history of good BMX bikes; but other bikes aren't quite as popular for them. I've had DBs since I was 12 (29) now, and they've always treated me well for a price I can live with.

What happened to the front wheel? Is that part of the trick?

bmxing is a pretty expensive sport, thats why I stuck to skateboarding for most of my teenage-hood while all my friends rocked the haros and other expensive bikes.

trev-I like #2 I would try to clone out that flag because its big black and ugly. Cloning it out might make for a stronger shot.

I like the one-wheeled-wheelie. seen some shoes where people can ride wheelies forever, again I was a skateboarder so this was not one of my talents.

    Issac,
Tthanks for the background info. I have since looked at other pics I shot of this event. This guy in the first pic is called Martyn Ashton. I saw his name on his bike and googled "Ashton bmx"

Yes, that was part of the trick Skippy. It struck me as bit odd to be honest.
    I know nothing about BMX

    Ed thanks for your comments,
I struggled with composition. I think there are distractions of some sort or another in all my pics, I stumbled upon this event by chance. I couldn’t get a decent vantage point....Excuses..excuses..

This one, like the others is uncropped I still have a flag in the frame, but it’s a more colourful flag.
