Wow we have both stone and real lions posted to day. Nice set Keith. Although the second one is a good capture, it is a rather sorry specimen for a lion.
Each one seems to be of a different style and interpretation. Could by any chance list the countries these were in? The first one looks Egyptian and the last looks British.

Oh I wasn't really trying. Just found the different styles intriguing. They all seem to have a different concept of the lion.
Just proves it is the eye of the maker beholder. Thank you.
