Default New Photo Attachment Size Limitation

I have raised the Photo Attachment Size limitation from 120KB to 150KB. For a max dimension of 700 pixel at web resolution of 72 dpi, I feel the 150KB should be sufficient.

Let's see how it works out.

Thanks Shouchen, for the challenges, I think this is huge. There were many times I had trouble reaching the 120kb without losing quality, or having to crop smaller.

Thank you, this is a good idea. Now it is time for a female moderator to be chosen besides Heidi. Mickey?

I'll be happy to help out any way I can after I get everything settled. Thanks for the vote of confidence John! And a BIG thank you to Shouchen for getting everything taken care of around here so quickly and giving us an extra 30 kb.

Like Scott mentioned, hope this makes our attaching much easier and accomodate most of the quality needs.
