    Batu caves is a sacred place for the Hindus in Malaysia. The caves consist of 3 main caves and several other smaller ones. The main cave chamber is approximately 400 meters long and 100 meters high. You have to climb 272 steps which will lead you to this religious and magnificient Batu Caves. Once a year during the Thaipusam festival, more than 1 Million Hindus and other visitors throng the caves.

    Batu Caves is a popular tourist attraction in Malaysia.

    1) The main entrance to Batu Caves.


    2) You have to climb 272 steps before you can see the caves.


    3) A few more steps to go


    4) As you enter the cave, you will be astounded by the large cave chamber.


    5) These stairs are inside the cave chamber, leading to other caves.
