PS 5.0 LE vs. PS Elements

I currently am using Elements (although I'm a newbie) and have just purchased a Canon G3 that came with PS 5.0 Limited Edition.

What's the difference between the two programs? Should I go ahead and load PS 5.0 LE or should I just stick with Elements?

Stick with Elements - Photoshop 5LE is like an early version of Elements anyway...
