Microdrive Recovery?

HELP !!!! Does anybody have any advice on data recovery from an IBM Microdrive?
I recently was shooting with a D70 and for some unknown reason the microdrive suddenly formatted and I seem to have lost all of my images.
The camera said that my drive was full but when I went to download the images nothing showed. I now need to find some way if possible to recover the images. I have Norton Disk Doctor installed in my computer but before I use that utlity I thought some other program might work better.

I usually recommend the freeware program Zero assumptions.

Thank you Jim L. for responding so quickly, I read over the material on the web- site that you reccommended .They suggest the Zero Assumption Digital Image Recovery but with no mention of D70 raw images. I wonder if this is the product that you are suggesting.

It doesn't recover images it recovers files. If the files are images you will be able to view them with the appropriate software.
