    Default Shooting Vehicles

Hey just got some basic questions on what settings I should use to shoot a friends car. Like shutter speed, aperture, and ISO. I have a remote shutter and a decent tripod. Probably shooting during the day. Thanks for any help/advice in advance

So much depends on what your goal is..... and the available light. If I may suggest, play with all the setting, f-stop for dof (depth of field), shutter speed, iso.....some many permutations.....play around, see what you like.

Hi Simi... Here is a great thread written by Keith (Mobohaji) some time back. Plenty of information to get you started.

Another idea would be to go the the transportation gallery and browse shots of the type you'd like to take. Click on the link on the right had side that says show exif. (image information and settings) That would give you an idea of where to start, in addition to the ideas already mentioned.

Good start, the angles are working, however there is too much shadow from the harsh sun.
