Peg, you are so right. I was excited I was a week early. I knew it was week 25 when I started the thread, but forgot by the time I went to write this post. Can we say BLONDE MOMENT.

The weather in the UK is....... *cough cough* ...... "rubbish" (unless you are a duck!)

In the UK we have an institution named "The National Trust" that maintains some of the heritage of the country. Around the UK there are old estates they acquire and maintain in their previous glory.
Killerton House is one of them, originally built in 1779
So I sheltered from the rain, entered and took this.
No flash allowed, you get seriously told off if you do! (kinda tempting eh!)

    More info of Killerton:

Polly once told me that Italy did not have peaches and wanted a peach pie when I mentioned I had made one. This is especially for Polly. ~~Peg

OK, you guys are messing with me. Peg, it is week 26. See even you had me believing it was week 25. The 25 weeks left is for Christmas. There's a week after Christmas to make it 26 weeks til the end of the year.
Willard, here's the thread. I was sure I had stickied it. Maybe not.

Nice tonal range in the b&w, John. You got all the grays.

If you haven't cut the pie, yet, save me a piece, Peg.

I will hear no bad-mouthing of chipmunks......this one had his eye on Booker T and me....

We've had such an awful Summer so far, and I can't remember the last time we had such a beautiful sunset, so it would have been a shame not to have captured this one from Monday evening.
