Bluffton Skate Park

So I live about a half mile from the Bluffton Skate park. I've been going over there in the evenings and hanging out with the guys down there. They are pretty cool and allow me to photograph them as they hit the jumps. I think I've got a couple good shots over the last 2 days. Let me know what you think.

#1 and #2 a pretty good I think. You stopped the action at peak moments. #3 just doesn't have the same "tension" for me. It's premature action.

I agree that 3 is a premature action. I just really like the vantage point and the look. You can really see he is concentrating hard on what he is doing. I really like image 2 because of how high he gets. He was actually about 7 feet higher than the ramp. the top of the ramp was actually 8-9 feet tall.

I like the set. Great action and the guy in the 3rd shot is definitely focused or doing his best rendition of an old Zappa tune.

I checked the EXIF in flickr to see what lenses you used and it looks like those new ones are working just fine. Nice and sharp and excellent color.
