    I like the circular blur that acts to frame the center where the image is sharp. Is this a photoshop effect? Just wondering how to do this.

    Thank you John. I did that in Paintshop Pro. I used the freehand to keep, what looked like, a natural flow, in focus. A piece of advise I received from a fellow forum member.
