Love all of these, and especially the last guy with free existential advice. I imagine him to be reading Sartre's Being and Nothingness. It is an impressively thick book, one that makes its own existential statement just lying there.

What, where, is Kenzington in Toronto...?

I love your street photos Michael.

I suppose one should have an "eye" to look for & capture such lively pictures.

By the way, were these pics taken in Toranto? Do they wear "Lungi"s ( the cloth wrapped around below the shirt over the thighs & legs) as in # 5 there? We wear these when at home.

Thank you CJ. Kensington is in the downtown core, south of Dundas, west of Spadina. Very old area that has seen many many ethnic groups flow through.

Thank you Sudhakar. Toronto is a very diverse and ethnically rich in it's make up, with influences from many countries.

Nice captures. It seems like I haven't see a pay phone in years. Probably because I don't look for them, . You have now given me the task of finding one

The photo of the nurse behind the glass struck me as a powerful commentary.

The guy with the earphones is probably trying to avoid the terror of riding a bicycle in noisy traffic...some Zen sounds to calm the nerves. IE: If I don't see them and don't hear them can they really be there?

Jim I don't think she is a nurse. More likely a cook in a shop window. Maybe Michael will tell us.

What intrigues me is that a call is only 25 cents.

Great shots as always, Micheal !
